REMEMBERING JOE & KATHY WASMOND
Living Legacy International was started by Joe and Kathy more than 15 years ago as a ministry of counseling and discipleship. Joe and Kathy became close friends of Victor and his wife, Judy, who were part of a small group of couples at Joe and Kathy’s fame.
Joe and Kathy’s ministry was marked by investment in many, many people around the world. As they have passed on, Victor is honored to continue their work through Living Legacy.
