Experienced Biblical Counselor in Knoxville, TN

Victor has approximately 7,000 hours of counseling experience, ranging from crisis-line equipping and work in his mid-20s, to leading the biblical counseling team of a private Christian children’s home, to 17 years on a mega-church staff, to three years pastoring an inner-city church. He holds a Masters of Divinity/languages from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
